Miami's Brickell City Centre Welcomes 12 New Boutique Retailers This Fall

The upscale shopping destination is set to expand its luxury retail footprint with a curated mix of local and international brands — including European accessories label Maison Delacroix and Miami streetwear label Palmetto Supply Co. — opening before the holiday season.

Miami's Brickell City Centre is set to welcome 12 new boutique retailers this fall, expanding its luxury footprint ahead of the critical holiday shopping season. The new tenants include a mix of international luxury brands making their Florida debut and homegrown Miami designers gaining their first major retail presence.

Among the confirmed openings are a flagship location for European accessories brand Maison Delacroix, a concept store from Miami-based streetwear label Palmetto Supply Co., and the first U.S. outpost of Australian skincare brand Bondi Botanics. The remaining nine tenants are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

Swire Properties, which owns and operates Brickell City Centre, said the new additions reflect strong demand from both domestic and international brands seeking a foothold in South Florida's affluent consumer market. The center currently maintains a 97% occupancy rate, among the highest for luxury retail in the Southeast.

The expansion comes as Miami continues to attract high-net-worth residents and tourists from Latin America, Europe, and the Northeast. Retail analysts say the city's growing population of wealthy transplants has made it one of the most coveted markets for luxury brands in North America.

Grand opening events for the new retailers are planned throughout October and November, with Brickell City Centre organizing a coordinated "Fall Arrivals" campaign to drive foot traffic and media attention to the new additions.

"Miami's luxury retail market is performing at a level we haven't seen since the pre-recession boom years. Brickell City Centre is at the center of that story."
